Book a welder or generator repair

Tell us the make and model, what the machine is doing, and whether it is coming to the shop or needs a visit on site. Appointments are set by email or phone, and someone from the shop will get back to you on the number you leave.

What to put in your repair request

Three details let the shop point you at the right bench or the right truck before you hang up. Not sure which service fits? Read about authorized welder repair or Webasto heating services, or just call and describe it.

  1. Step 1

    Make and model

Brand, model name and the serial number off the nameplate if you can reach it. For an engine-driven welder, the engine make helps too.

  2. Step 2

    What it is doing

No arc, a fault light, an engine that cranks but will not start, a heater that will not fire. Plain words are fine, and a photo of any error code is better.

  3. Step 3

    Shop or on site

Say whether the machine can come to the shop on 97 Avenue, or whether it needs to be looked at where it sits, and which town that is.
